The production of websites for banking and finance involves the best design practices as well as the maximum level of efficiency in the programming of functionalities to guarantee a service at the level that their customers demand.
In this project, after a complete user experience (UX) design process, we achieved:
- Usability: Great ease and speed of use.
- A simplified and segmented navigation structure to facilitate quick location and a very short learning curve.
- Creation of a simple and intuitive iconography.
- Frequently used tools always at hand, such as calculators, branch locator, exchange rates and contacts.
- A user interface with a spacious design where only the elements necessary for immediate action by the user are presented.
- Unification of all the elements of the website with the new brand identity.
- An improved interface for tablets and smartphones.
